Great game .... But now

It was and still could be a great game but the latest update has ruined it for me. I have been stuck in the same level so long I will never get out. When I do get the game it cuts me off in the middle of it. I have sent messages and they say to delete game and restart but it still does the same thing. My advice is to keep the game and one day it will work again but dont hold your breath !!!!!
